AlphApex Shipping Policy

Production & Lead Times

Every AlphApex ice bath and sauna is made to order. To ensure the highest-quality build, we follow a detailed production schedule that includes:

  • Ordering specialist components

  • Preparing materials

  • Allocating workshop fabrication time

  • Coordinating freight and logistics

Because of this process, our standard lead time is 12–15 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This gives us the necessary time to source everything needed for your custom build and complete the work to our quality standards.

Potential Faster Delivery (6–8 Weeks)

In some cases, we may have units or components already in production or available in stock.
If this applies to your order, the delivery timeframe may be reduced to 6–8 weeks.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once your unit is completed, we will arrange delivery to your address using a specialist courier experienced in handling large, heavy, or delicate items.

Before dispatch, we will:

  • Confirm the delivery window

  • Provide any relevant handling instructions

  • Ensure access arrangements are suitable for your location

Delivery dates are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier availability, and workshop schedules.


Free Shipping

All AlphApex ice baths and saunas include free delivery within the UK.
There are no additional shipping costs, and the price you see is the price you pay.

Please note, any special access equipment required for delivery (cranes, pallet movers, or site-specific lifting gear) is the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.


Delays & Logistics

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected delays can occur due to:

  • Supplier lead times

  • Transport or courier availability

  • Weather or access restrictions

  • High-demand periods

If a delay occurs, we will keep you informed every step of the way.


Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure someone is available on the scheduled delivery date. Upon arrival:

  • Inspect the exterior of the packaging

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork

  • Contact us within 5 days if you notice any damage or discrepancies

AlphApex Returns & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At AlphApex, every ice bath and sauna is individually built to order. Each unit involves tailored craftsmanship, custom materials, and a carefully planned production process.

Because of this made-to-order approach, refunds and cancellations are limited and only considered in rare situations. We’ll always work with you if something isn’t right, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or refunded once work has begun.


Cancellations Before Delivery

Your AlphApex unit is created specifically for you. As soon as your order is confirmed, we begin:

  • Reserving materials

  • Allocating workshop time

  • Scheduling your build

Due to this, once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made products are not included in the standard 14-day cancellation window. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that this exemption applies.

If you contact us before production begins, we may — at our discretion — be able to adjust or cancel the order. This is not guaranteed and depends on the status of your build.


After Delivery: Reporting Issues (5-Day Window)

When your ice bath or sauna arrives, you have 5 days to let us know about any problems, defects, or concerns. This allows us to address issues quickly and professionally.

We do not accept returns simply because you change your mind.

Refunds are only considered in very limited situations where:

  • The unit has never been used

  • It is in flawless, original condition

  • Repair or replacement is not possible

If a return is authorised, the unit must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Include all manuals, accessories, and original packaging

  • Have written approval from AlphApex prior to being returned

Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.


Collection & Associated Costs

If we approve a return:

  • AlphApex will arrange a collection date

  • Transport, labour, and handling fees may be deducted from the refund

  • Any deductions will be confirmed with you before collection is arranged


Refund Timeline

Once the returned item reaches us and has been inspected:

  • We will contact you with the results

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 28 working days

  • Funds can only be returned to the original payment method

Refunds are not processed until the unit has been fully examined by our team.


Key Points to Remember

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are only offered in exceptional, evaluated cases

  • No refunds are provided for change of mind or incorrect ordering

  • All custom-built products are non-refundable unless a fault cannot be repaired

  • Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain intact
