Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your unit for shipment immediately. This includes sourcing materials, assembling components, and carefully packaging your sauna or ice bath. Our production-focused approach ensures that every product meets our strict quality standards.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Lead Time: Most orders are delivered within 12–15 weeks from the order date.

• Faster Delivery Option: Some items may be in stock or partially assembled, which could reduce delivery time to 6–8 weeks. Please check availability with our team at support@alphapex.co.uk.

Note: Once the shipping process has started, AlphApex is not responsible for any delays caused by courier or transport companies.

Shipping Methods

We work with specialist couriers to ensure your unit arrives safely and securely. Delivery methods are chosen based on the size and nature of your order, as well as your location. All shipping is included in the product price, with no additional charges.

Receiving Your Delivery

• Check the exterior of the packaging for visible damage upon arrival
