1. Sauna Delivery

All AlphApex saunas are delivered flat-packed for safe transport.

2. Installation & Assembly

• Our standard service does not include installation unless previously arranged and paid for.

• If you choose to self-assemble, we provide all the necessary tools and instructions to guide you through the build.

3. Foundation Requirements

• A solid, level surface is essential for your sauna.

• Proper foundation prevents the sauna from sinking, tilting, or uneven wear over time.

4. Power Options

Your sauna requires a reliable power source. Options include:

• Outdoor electric outlet (standard recommendation)

• Dedicated indoor circuit with proper insulation for enclosed spaces

• Alternative power solutions (please consult a licensed electrician for solar setups, battery systems, or other off-grid solutions)

We strongly recommend having a qualified electrician handle the connection of heaters or any other electrical components to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.

5. Support & Installation Service

• If you arranged and paid for installation in advance, our team will come and set up your sauna at the agreed time.

• For self-assembly, our support team is available to answer any questions during your build.
